afaik and imho, those unnecessary jobs are what moves the worlds' economy. Have you ever felt that in an organization, there are so many positions that some of the positions (including managers) should not exists.Having worked at few companies including mnc and local, i had seen that this happens (almost) everywhere. and i do think that i we eliminate those 'unwanted' or 'unnecessary' jobs, then many people suffer, unemployed and ....
just my opinion ..2 cents.
