Nottingham's gym is fairly okay, has 2 bench racks, one squat cage, a few benches, leg extension/ leg curl machine, chest press machine, seated cable row machine and the adjustable ab workout bench thingy. We do improvise a lot as the uni dumbbells are in bad condition so many of us bring our own dumbbell bars there, there are sufficient amount of plates, a couple of barbells and 2 olympic bars.

Gym in University of Melbourne
Has an huge weight room (as big as a hall, imagine like 2 basketball courts) around 4 squat racks, 6 benchpress, 2 shoulder press area, lotsa dumbbells, barbells, even more fixed weights, 2 smith machines and a lot of others that I can't remember. Even the cardio room is really decent and has a lot friendly girls working out that you can have small chitchat with. |

Gym in National University of Singapore! It's old school, but it has enough weights and machines to workout hardcore!

UPM gym is sufficient but too small. Only 1 of each essential machine and 1 olympic barbell.
Not that there are many ppl using it but when there is, it takes forever to use the thing you want. |
