Dear Admins,

I would like to propose for LYN to introduce a blog for Movies & Music section (like Multiplay, Shrine, Wheels, etc).

The content of the blog can be consisting of every news, events & contests in the entertainment industry, local and abroad.

We could run reviews and previews, work with local cinemas & concert promoters to bring exclusive tickets to movies/concerts, etc.

I hope this suggestion would be considered as an addition to LYN's 2010 plan.

cool idea, but i dont think we need a movies & music blog. to be honest, i really cant see loads of peeps following the blog (even with other blogs from other sections). with just that, it'll be a waste of effort & time put in into the blog & not have anyone following it. if you ask me, this is where it all happens rite here in forums. im sure we can do all the things you've mention in your thread right here (movies & music section), no ? plus, will always have peeps following what we do her. loads of peeps, trust me bro!

as a friend, this will be my 1st time disagreeing with you firedauz, hope we're cool. sorry if i misunderstood of said anything wrong in my post. dont get me wrong, it's still a cool idea though. even if one of the admis agree with your idea, ill be there to support and help you out with the blog.

be it movies, music or tv shows, ill always be ready to do anything for what i love doing in movies & music section

Hmm true also on that point of we're doing the same thing in the forum.


The very reason of me posting this old idea is because Calvin came back

I was just thinking that there are several good people in there that would be able to contribute.
Plus, there are several times that M&M were mentioned in the press (like recently our comments on AVATAR were printed in The Star and Chinese newspapers).



All in all: IMHO it would be much beneficial to both LYN and the movie/music industry if we can work together *officially*.
Be it as a blog or in the forum, as long as it works, me & the guise in M&M would much thankful
But no probs, if its a No, I'm cool with it. Just thought of highlighting this idea and see what you guise think.
