My bro & I bought an intermediate double storey terrace house in 2004. What we understood is that the land title transfer will be done within 3-4 years. Unfortunately, our house until now still got no so called Land Titile. It's because the developer had run away. Not really sure why, there's a gossip that they are having financial difficulties.
Hope you guys can share or advise what should I do or who is the right person/channel should I bring this matter to. |

QUOTE(konnf @ Jan 18 2010, 05:14 PM) My loan is with Public Bank. But is it anything to do with bank? I thought it's between developer, lawyer and me?? if u have taken a loan, and you are still paying the loan; no doubt the property is under your name, but given that it is still charged to the bank, the bank will keep the land title.....and yes, best to check out with your lawyer who handle the loan agreement.... |
