Hi guys,

Just wanted to know how does the warranty works with buying these TVs

After we bought one, and when problem arise, do we contact with who we bought the thing from(retail shops, dealers) or do we have to contact the customer services from the respective manufacturers?

The reason I'm asking this is I found that many sellers is the forum offered very competitive price compared to retailers outside but they stated that warranty is provider by manufacturer. And when we have to deal with manufacturers, do they come to fix it or we have to bring the item to their respective service centers(not something that i prefer to do).

Thanks for the input in advance.

This is the reason why those online sellers can offer cheaper price because they don't own a shop and provide after sales service, their cost of running the bussiness is relatively much lower compared to those retail shops with SAs who will contact the manufacturer for you if you have any issue on your TV. Normally the manufacturer will send their technician over to fix it.

Well, in that case, meaning that we can still contact those forum sellers and ask them to contact manufacturer and fix our problem?

Advise you to ask that seller first before buying the tv from him wink.gif
