the e75 is easy to oc due to its high multi but clock to clock the e84 win due to the large cache.

which are better to oc??
i think the e8400 as it can reach 4ghz quite easily with low amount of voltage whereas the e7500 can do 4ghz but i think it need at least 1.4v to make it stable for 24/7 usage.
