As an end user, we cannot view the "withheld" numbers, however the telco switching servers have the record of all "withheld" numbers activity and will only allowed to pull out upon an emergency issue.

Revealing a "withheld" numbers are possible in Malaysia, however none of the telcos are permitting this activity to end-users  nod.gif  .. otherwise it wont act as "Private" anymore smile.gif
