[WTA]overclocking E5300 + Gigabyte G31M-E2SL, any recommendation to make it higher?

dunno whether can make it higher or not.my mobo bengong a bit.for 2 days dun want to oc.have been oc'ed at this speed and 2 hari lepas all of a sudden mobo dun want to oc.check the oc profile,it's the same setting.
