Yes, need to pay in full. If can i would rather collect money in full 1st. But if necessary i can pay 1st and collect from you later.

The money will be held by the website and only released to the apartment owner after we check in.

Things to note:
-Direct line from ninyocho to akiba 160yen.
-100yen shop next to entrance/exit of station.
-lots of restaurants including a halal indian/pakistani restaurant alisiddique.co.jp
-lots of konbini stores
-halal foodstuff easily found in Ueno area.

For discussion:
-when we arrive at haneda, there will be enough time to take a train bound for tokyo station. I suggest we do that and check in for the night so that we'll be refreshed for a full Sunday the next day. Or we take a late night bus (From travel japan thread):- Haneda Limousine Bus (Keihin Kyuko) for those reaching late night @Haneda - http://hnd-bus.com/route/nightmorningbus.html According to the latest travel itinerary, we will arrive at 11pm.

-No direct line from ningyocho to tokyo station unless we walk. also they're on different lines; JR and tokyo metro. here's my planning schedule

based on what my friend suggested to me, basically i will be going to the following places:

1.comic-ket last day (i thought 30 was last day, but it will be 31 instead ?)
2.akibahara
3.nakano + shinjuku (going there to hunt for transformers as my fren told me that he found those at there - 1 day?)
the rest might be following u guys hanging around

The next Comiket in Tokyo Big Sight will take place in the Winter, December 29,30,31 in 2012.
