It is very glad to hear that you have interesting to stay in our hotel. Since you have 4 or 5 persons, how about a domitory rom and a twin room( for 3 and 2 person). About the charge ,it is the same with price of the web site . The twin room is JPY3000Yen/person/per night. The
dimotry room is JPY2700Yen/person/per night.

About the reservation of your date, i think you have enough time to make the reservation. If you can make sure of your date,you can tell me before the check in date one month. Because the New yeae is a very busy season . If you have make sure of your departure date,you can contact to us by the email.We will reply you as soon as possible.

You do not need to pay the deposit and just need pay the room charge when you check in the hotel.

But if you want to cancel the reservation ,please contact to us before your check in date 3 days.

Thank you for your reply. I will tell my group this information. We will try and make the booking a few months before our arrival. Do we need to pay deposit before we arrive at the hotel?
