when i booked myvi then stocked kena delayed after they asked to top up cause new batch price changed

tmr i suggest u go file a consumer complain at tribunal. dont just cakap cakap do things must follow up till the end. i'm sure many will support u pls go ahead u have your right pls make full use of it. who knows maybe naza gib u free forte and gov allow all forte to be sold cheap ok many thks i hope u win!

guys pls post the Knn drop in specs for me to find compatible version should be 50% cheaper but same usage.

i was told its same size with old honda civic.

Finally got my KIA emblems from Kinrara SC. Ordered from there and they are nice enough to remove the Naza ones for me.
I have not put in the new emblems yet cause I need to convert them to RED hahaha Type-K look.

I've made a call to HQ to complain about KM
apparently he's a senior person there therefore
its best he buck up else he'll be creating animosity against KIA brand
in this case one does not need outside enemies to shoot oneself...

this from nazakia parts dept mfg date 24/11/2009
front with 4 legs for clip on grille no need 3M tape
back is with 2 pin legs with 3M tape.
black is high gloss finish looks molded in with black extrusion behind emblem.
all angles are precise and sharp no flashes therefore good quality in my opinion.

the GEMA engine is a joint venture product 3 parties involved but Mitsu left this project recently hence if they still want to use Gema in the Lancer they have to pay something. one problem it this engine is Mitsu use plastic(composite) fuel rail which is prone to leaks when engine revs at certain frequency may cause fire recalls in US. But C&C SG also knows about this matter. Kia mod this to aluminum rail like we have on 1.6.

Some one in the cari forum write to the Kia HQ and result is the regional sales manager return call and settle the car with him.

Klang Valley stockyard is in Rawang all SA have to go there to get your car out & drive to showroom then u come collect.
by wednesday next week all cars would already be in their local yard so no worries. only JPJ or Puspakom will be jammed with ppl wanting to get cars before CNY - and at this time always offline system rosak or other lame excuses. this is to make sure got kopi to drink mah....

when looking for sharkfin ant must make sure its working type and not hollow.
inside must have wire for ant and connector to main body
some comes with booster placed inside car like BMW oem version

ECU remapping 2 types - direct reflash & rechip
1. rechip u need to remove ecu and void warranty cause u have to soilder another chip onboard good for trackies
2. reflash if ecu in not locked but make sure done on dyno rather than some quick reflash map. good for normal drives & lower fc. bad if u go back to SC and complain problems they may auto reset your ecu if they have the unit at that sc and your $$$$ kaput! happened to VW golf owners....

I'm trying to source compatibles other than K&N for option.

Steering
our 1.6 is using hydraulic so the weighted feel is there but 2.0 comes with electric steering which is true like playing video game but the wife/gf will luv it. good thing is engine more power & lower fc.

Autobox
in auto mode its mapped to give best fc. the reason for triptronic so u can get your pwr when u need it. i droved the 2.0 and its closer to civic 2.0 than lancer 2.0 cause of lancer's cvt gearbox (yucks). pwr is good response is good way better than our 1.6. (sigh! wish i had 2.0 instead)

good thing is no need oiling
oiling leads to even dirtier throttle body (TB)
since there's already some oil from cam cover will
get sucked into TB already.
