Just watch the game at half time...Don't know if Ngog is diving or not, but one thing for sure I like about this type of win is when Liverpool can handle a big opponent without their key striker. I always like it when my team win without any key striker/midfielder (superstars)...I believe the race for fourth place is still very much open after all.

Hmm..I thought if the fixture would start on Liverpool before ManU or Chelsea, we could have lost to Liverpool too.

Are we well placed for a fourth placed finish? Well let's look at the teams we've to play

1) Portsmouth (H)
2) Manchester United (A)
3) Sunderland (H)
4) Birminghan (A)
5) Fulham (H)
6) West Ham (H)
7) Burnley (A)
8) Chelsea (H)
9) Hull (A)

Let's now look at how we fared in the first round of matches against the teams mentioned.

1) Portsmouth (H) = L (2-0)
2) Manchester United (A) = W (2-0)
3) Sunderland (H) = L (1-0)
4) Birminghan (A) = D (2-2)
5) Fulham (H) = L (3-1)
6) West Ham (H) = W (3-2)
7) Burnley (A) = W (4-0)
8) Chelsea (H) = L (2-0)
9) Hull (A) = W (6-1)

Almost 50 - 50 eh?
