Hi, i have some question regrading buying house with EFP funds. So far i only understand there are account A and account B, and can withdraw account B for buying house. 1. if i bought a condo a year ago, can i withdraw my EPF now for that purchase? if so, the amount would be my current balance on acc B OR it would be the balance on the time i purchase the house, which is last year? 2. now i got a condo already, and never make any withdrawal from EPF before, in case if i purchase a second house now, can i withdraw the EPF? 3. if i have made withdrawal on my first or second purchase, can i withdraw again if i decide to buy other property in the future?

You can withdraw maximum all from your Account II (depends on your loan amount though), once per year. You need to liaise with your bank you take the loan from, to get a letter & all the necessary documents for submission.
