I suggest you buy 4.5 or 5mm drill bit, so that it will be a bit loose, if u fit the M4 screw in 4mm hole in acrylic might crack, but if you drill only aluminum or steel should be fine.

I own both type..but sorry i wont sell it coz still using it..bout adjustable cutter u need to find the strong material one..and it will be abit expensive than normal one..the holesaw i didnt find yet size 4 1/4" for cutting 120mm blow hole..if 4" got bosch one

and apparently.. these saw holes can drill to almost anything compared to those adjustable circle cutters.. very usefull if ur doing heavy case modding

found a few in amazon but the price needed to send to malaysia is RM200++ bosch brand...

but can only cut thru acrylic and wood.. can also use to cut metal.. but must be very2 thin (1.0mm).. and u need something to lapik the thing under the material of ur cutting

quite usefull imo since u can cut blowholes from 40-180mm size.. and they give quite excellent finish too..

read the instructions, not for cutting metal though

theres another version for cutting metal.. it comes in black bit and blades instead I think

its RM75 .. suitable for cutting acrylic and thin materials.. i tried on 0.5mm SECC.. works good.. any thicker takut ahem :S.. and u'll need a power drill for that..
