i looking to buy used n16 1.8 xgl, year 2005++. planning to trade in with my sm4 manual year 1993. surf at mudah.my, this car value range 30k - 40k.

please advise...

1. maintanance n spare parts, easy or hard to find...? read somewhere that nissan spare part is very expensive.
2. fuel consumption...? someone said this car run very high fuel consumption. n some said it is because body weight. please advise...
3. other specialty about this n16 i shud know...?
4. engine use timing belt or chain..?

...n some guide for me to go used car, what shud i check importance things before decide to buy this car.

sory for lot of question. just want to buy a car that value for my money n the best i can afford.
