I had the same problem too.. Mine was because of the air-con compressor piping which is in the engine compartment area that is entering into the dashboard area.. The pipe and the metal holder was rubbing together when accelerate .. My mechanic adjusted the piping a little, n the sound disappeared... Not sure whether u having the same problem.. U can give it a try
