What can be wrong with my Sentra 1.8A GXE ('03)? The front wheel is making some noise (krook krook krook) whenever I turn my steering left right at slow speed.

Previously it also making same noise whenever it goes thru uneven road until I change the absorber bush. The sound is making me worried, most workshop is asking me to spend RM2-3k replace almost the entire mounting system.
