Thanks for replying.

Has any Sentra 1.6SG owner here did it?

If yes, how much is the cost?

IMHO it's not worth the extra cost and hassle. Just drive more defensively, not like the rempits on your rear bumper. In wet weather, slow down and increase the distance between you and the car ahead. Make sure your tires and braking system are in good shape as well.

mostly town. Is it consider high FC?
using RON97

First determine how many liters you actually used to drive that distance...
Fill up your tank and note the mileage on your odometer, and then drive for at least half a tank or so...
Re-fill your tank and note how many liters you put in to do so and also note the new mileage...
Now you should be able to calculate your FC , preferably as km/liter. Easier to compare to other cars if you do this first.

Also, why are you using RON97 ?

Hi, I would just like to ask, issit true that Sentra Manual full Tank can reach 600KM?? With or Without air cond on? anyone with a manual sentra 2005 onwards... care to share?
*
My 2006 Sentra 1.6 A/T gets 13km/liter, so that times 50liter tank = 650km with Aircond but mostly hwy travelling.

So manual should be able to achieve the same or better. Better to make simple calculations rather than to run your tank dry though....

hi, i drive a nissan sentra 1.6 SG.
currently it uses a 15' set rims, tire spec 165/60/15.
i would like to upgrade the old rims to something larger, so that i can fit n larger diameter tires.
in hope, the comfortable cruising speed will be increased. right now, 135km is the sweet spot speed.
any recommendation and suggestion.?

Hi, was browsing thru mudah website and stumble upon this: http://www.mudah.my/Nissan+Sentra-12066910.htm
Any idea why is it so cheap? And which variant of Sentra is this? Pardon me, not so familiar with Sentra range. How was the FC and any headaches/things to look out for.? Please enlighten me. The answer probly been posted before, but its v2, kinda hard to read it all.

Thanks!

Hi,
Looks just like my 2006 Sentra, which is the SG 1.6 A/T version without ABS, leather seats, etc.

My FC is around 13.5km/l hwy, insured value now around 46k, never given me any problem so far after 70k+ travelled. Maybe worth looking into with a good mechanic assisting you.
