What you need is :
1. Jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch
2. Torrentula (What is Torrentula? Torrentula is a GUI bittorent client for iphone and ipod touch built on Enhanced cTorrent. Requires Enhanced CTorrent and Safari Download Plugin.)


First go to Cydia and search for Torrentula. Download that app.Install.

Launch Torrentula

Go to Search and search your torrent files and download it!!!
