Apparently they have been ignoring my attemp to RMA my motherboard.
Filled in their RMA/Warranty form 2 days ago, and they still haven't contact me. Send an email to inform them about the RMA/Warranty form that I filled in before, and still they haven't reach me. Sigh... |

(2 items), they said yes got stock. Then proceed to make order and paid. Got tracking number after 1 and a half day. A day after that, got a message from them saying that they sent only 1 item. The other one got no stock. And the listing for the "no stock" item is still there showing 9998 left. checked all the feedbacks from their buyer, and see Bad Ratings (64). A lot of similar "no stock but still list" victims. Now I'm worry about my motherboard that I sent them 6 weeks ago (RMA). |
