This result may vary to actual result. biggrin.gif After I upgrade my wheel to 205/55/r16, its tally with actual speed on GPS.. tongue.gif I find out Waja speedometer is closes tally with actual speed using 195/65/r15 for stock wheel... But Proton use 195/55/r15 for stock, tactic for cost cutting of Proton biggrin.gif

CPS comes with 60 series 50" tyres and GPS is not 'actual speed', it also got +/-. nod.gif

What's that?

Apexi Rev-Speed Meter (RSM). This device allows user to input/set parameters such as tyres/wheels size for more accurate speed readings.

stock? hehe.. did u know even changing into 4-2-1 the FC is already different.. but its not noticeable.. there is no such thing as changing ur exhaust setup can improve FC..
*
I beg to differ. Removing the cat-con itself will make the flow smoother since it is the biggest restriction in the exhaust system (release more hp). Thus, you get better acceleration with the same amount of throttle (same mount of fuel use). But the problem is, once the acceleration improve, we tend to pressed the throttle even more. laugh.gif

In my understanding, DOHC provide more 'rooms' and 'flexibility' for tuning the powerband since you can adjust the intake and exhaust timing independently, but without a 'fat' powerband, it will not give much benefit.

14sec is definitely slow... but not too slow  tongue.gif
if am not mistaken, manufacturer claim also below that figure.
perhaps, slow due to the heavier wheels  hmm.gif

E-manage blue is not expensive as before..even the price now is par to AFC Neo now..
*
Be careful, there's alot of imitation E-manage blue in the market.

QUOTE(jolipoli81 @ Mar 14 2010, 12:04 PM)
guess i need to go clean my throttle body, p&p cylinder head and then come back test again
is that what best i can do for now?
*
If yours is MT, try building rev before launching. It may shave 1-2 sec off your time but try to avoid wheel spin.

AT, even AT i did build the revs on Neutral before engaging to D, i know this may harm to our fragile gearbox  tongue.gif

Nevermind, IMO, all mechanical things need to be 'exercised' once in a while. brows.gif

if am not mistaken, it was below 13 seconds for auto and about 1 second faster in manual(11.x sec?)
btw, my waja auto easily wheel spin on tarmac during a start-up in D. even if my foot was very light on the gas  sweat.gif
already checked bearing and others... no problem.
*
Not sure about 4G18 0-100 time. Wheel spin suggest better tyres. Mine with Yoko ADrive will also wheel spin a lot on 1st gear (sometimes not intended).

Insteaf of DOHC conversion, I suggest go for high cam+adj cam pulley. 4g18 is designed/engineered to work as SOHC engine.

Wana ask if i install Redline LCP will it bring any problem to my car? Any feedback about this Redline LCP?
*
I don't think there'll be any problem with LCP, except for the price which better be used for other mods such as exhaust, intake, AFR (if not done yet)

hopefully anybody got lobong for this to get cheaper price

If its 800 per pair+CF finish+LED signal light+electrically adjust+electrically flipping, I think its reasonable. Since ori one (with electrically adjust and flip) is 460/pc.

Here are the result of tyre test by consumer itself & it was a close fight tongue.gif You judge it. NCT 5 score the highest with 557 people review among those 3 brand model. Sime astar 300 no way better than NCT 5 cos noisy & less grip than NCT 5. Sorry cos there were no review for Sime astar 300 that I can post biggrin.gif Other than that NCT 5 is the cheapest among them (depend on each shop selling price), but if u can pay more better go for good tyre like Michelin, Hankook & etc. biggrin.gif

I've used Yoko AdriveR1 and Ziex912 before and I prefer Yoko over Ziex.
