Guy, my VS finally working
Reading is 14.5v(highest), 5.3v(lowest)(blinks)
Is it normal to have such a low reading? please help check if yours is also like that?
Btw, removing the cat con will lower your CO2 emission but increase your carbon monoxide.
how it works is it : Oxidize carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide: 2CO + O2 → 2CO2
So CO2 increases with Catcon.
I am getting at best a 9km/liter for mileage. Any idea if it could be caused by a cloged up cat con?
haha you still got your chem with you eyh. mine all gave back to teacher already haha.Reading is 14.5v(highest), 5.3v(lowest)(blinks)

mine is something like yours. lowest is around 4.something. highest around that range also.
13.1 - 15.9 is the normal voltage that you should have. any higher or lower means something's wrong somewhere(either alternator or batt). lol
the lowest voltage isn't really important i think...
edit: my readings are EXACTLY like yours. 5.3 and 14.5.
