standard take off in D but there is an excessive front wheelspin (happened at any road condition), what could be the problem?

tires thread about 80% c.drive.

Guys, when i drove my car, got 'glok glok' sound coming from left side rear.. Checked the tyre n it's ok.. When i drove 60kmph, the sound is there but when it reached 100kmph, the sound gone ady.. izzit bcoz of the absorbers?

Wheelspin? too much horses and torque!

roxx, try checking if the tyres were tightened properly. ARB bushes ok?

yngwie : is pedal to metal a standard take off for u? joking only... not sure about this. maybe its time to look at different tyres?

anti roll bar (ARB) bushes. aka satay bushes..

check the nuts on the wheel.. u will never know... safety first...

these are the common ones.. if they are ok.. then u start to look at other parts.. which hopefully other sifus in here can share...

Hi guys, just back from Melaka trip . Today I just smoke 1 Waja Campro & 1 Vios "dugong". Hehe... Meter shown 190kph+ & got 4 person in car.... My car still can go but got car in front dun let me to That dugong driver looks unhappy keep tailing me. Then I push to gear 3, saw his car getting farther & farther but when got car in front of me, I slow down, he take over me on the left side haha...

hmm... My air con blower got sound, tik~tik~tik~ in very fast sequence something like the fan leaf hitting something. Need to send my car for mech top check... who did encounter this problem?

So b48753 interested in HID foglamp? I will call ken, so that he can help us to install

Lolz.... I speed with safety... Its not busy on highway KL-Melaka. When cornering I never step on pedal. When its straight den I push it.

Yup man..so keen now..at least when come to roadblock just switch off the HID..hehe..
Just to confirm it just replace the bulb at foglight is it?

Ya just replace the bulb & add the ballast.. Pm me your contact number

haha looks like everyone's maxing out their car. i also hit 190 but with 2 fat ppl and 2 normal sized people. same like u la got car infront dont wanna move. lol. suprised you smoked the campro though.

i think i have the same sound as yours coming from my air cond. its only when engine idle, compressor kick in and if hear carefully got "glok glok glok" sound. lol.

your caltex is techron 95? i used before engine very smooth, but pickup still lose to BHP 95.

Last time RON 95, but now RON 97...
Never tried BP, coz 1st not much BP at my place. Then I understand the fuel mileage quite low..

now i remember, my waja cps also oversteer a bit during downhill cornering... maybe because we carried too much speed into the corner? i can hear the rear tyres screaming away and the tail a bit wobbly....

Only 2 cars in Proton have this characteristic. One for sure our Waja and secondly Satria Neo (except Neo CPS)

true, my waja also tend to over steer when i whack on corners, i use to believe its due to my botak tyres which i haven't change, but after seeing you guys post, i dont think so.

haha how many km/litre do you get on average? mine also manual and BHP 95 is giving me around 11.2km/litre.

Bro, to install HID on the foglight, do we nid to change the foglight cover itself? cos my foglight cover is not the clear type one (waja first generation)..
and are we able to adjust the light cos my current log like is only projected more or less 2 meter only..

Btw, another noob q's here, issit for HID the ballast is all the same for 4300k to 12000k?
cos my bro went to install HID last time, the accessories ppl told him that ballast is the same only the bulb makes the different.
So wif the same ballast we can actually use it on any HID bulb..

Bro, no need to change the foglight cover.. I dont think foglight can be adjusted..

Yup.. That's what my mech used to told me that all ballast is a same, only change bulb can use ady.. U wanna change HID on your foglight or headlamp?

I wanna change at foglight.. can turn on and off mah.. see police road block can turn off.. hehehe.. den open headlight..
cos i wanna juz turn on small light and foglight only..
but my foglight only shoot very near ler.. i think 1.5mtr like only.. so if cannot adjust to let it shoot more far away den i cant do that liao..
