i had a bad experience dealing with ts ... ts claimed that he posted on saturday and gave me a tracking number (INVALID ONE), i called up skynet today and ask why package did not arrive yet and why i cant track the item, is there any system error? skynet replied: No, there are no such record in our system. So i txt-ed ts about this, and ts replied: Hi,i jz checked with skynet, they have some system problem (LOL). The package "SHOULD BE ABLE"(means not confirm?) to reach you tomorow. The ID "SHOULD BE" able to tracked tonite(This is wat u told me in the last PM on saturday). So heres the point, if ts really pos the item on saturday, i shud receive it on monday. system error only affect on the tracking . In addition, I ASKED SKYNET and they say there are no system error.

First of all, IMHO I really feel that this is all unecessary. As all this can be settled via Private Messaging professionally. Secondly, I apologize that you did not receive yr shield today and did not reply you in time as i'm busy with my work. I have spoken to the Skynet rep in my area and I was told that there was a mistake in their office. Therefore, yr item was only shipped out today. Consequently, the reason why you could not track it because it was only entered into the system today. Accordingly, I believe most if not all sellers dare not GUARANTEE the respective delivery time as this is in the hands of the delivery people. As a seller, I can only speculate. I hope you can hold on one more day as I believe it should reach you tomorrow. Last but most importantly, I'd like to emphasize that I'm here to do business and not to scam. Customer priority is very important to me. I believe there are many satisfied customers of mine as can be seen in this thread. At the sametime, i'd like to wish all those celebrating Deepavali, to have a good one! Cheers |
