Looks like a scam to me...just like that vibrating DB ad.

I mean, what else do you need for push ups other than your own pair of hands?

Also, push ups alone won't train your biceps AND it also won't make your body to look like that guy in the ad.

You should buy the Shake Weight instead!

its good , but i dont think u should pay 29USD or 19USDx2 for it . There are many other ways of push ups that works and cost a whooping amount of RM0

ofcos, is too expensive i wont buy it and try.
i just want to know if any butik in KL got sell it, i want to go there butik and see the real product is how. see how to rotating.
and see the price whether is affortable or suitable for me or not.

if u really master push-up, and find it easy, u can try this two extreme variation

1) handstand push-up

2)planches push up
- straight leg plaches push up

that plaches push up enough to train ur arm+ whole body

i saw it in one of the fitness shop in IKANO. Forget what fitness shop is it. Cost less than RM50!

It's not worth it FFS. The only 'equipment' you're ever going to need to do pushups is the floor.
