i wondered whethere kastam (custom) will call us or sending us a mail to our address if my item stucked.

which one they'll do first? coz im buying an item but i put random phone number (lol, being naive), so i just afraid, will custom call the phone or sending to my address letter first?

Kastam won't call you but the courier company will do either sent you the notification 1st or call.

You must check with the site you bought the item which courier they use to sent the item to you. If they use EMS, normally handle by Poslaju.

they will call ur phone number, if u track the item is at custom for a long time and never release, then u need to call the courier company. Just my 2 cents, if u purchase an item online, the recipient name, address and phone number must be write to the seller correctly, so the delivery process will be smooth.

They did not call me. Sent me a letter to notify only though. At first, I checked the delivery status online. Somehow it got stuck at customs for a few days already. Then I called them up, but was told that I must not call them if I did not receive any letter from them.

Waited about 1-2weeks to receive their letter.

Wait for collection notice card bro.. From my many experiences b4, custom will hold ur parcel for at least 7 days then only release it to ur courier service

then the item pass kastam

on the day the item came, the posman call my phone first, then send to my house.
