Direct link to Maxis/Hotlink Web Portal: http://is.gd/8yrtb

Else, you can try http://is.gd/8yrCc

Once you entered the numbers, back it up using APN Backup & Restore.

If you feel adventurous,

CODE

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8' standalone='yes' ?>
<apns>
 <apn name="Maxis 3G Internet" numeric="50212" mcc="502" mnc="12" apn="unet" user="" server="" password="" proxy="" port="9201" mmsproxy="" mmsport="" mmsprotocol="null" mmsc="" type="" />
 <apn name="Maxis 3G MMS" numeric="50212" mcc="502" mnc="12" apn="unet" user="" server="" password="" proxy="" port="" mmsproxy="202.75.133.49" mmsport="80" mmsprotocol="null" mmsc="http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc" type="" />
 <apn name="Maxis 3G WAP" numeric="50212" mcc="502" mnc="12" apn="unet" user="" server="" password="" proxy="202.75.133.49" port="80" mmsproxy="" mmsport="" mmsprotocol="null" mmsc="" type="" />
 <apn name="Maxis 3G WAP" numeric="310260" mcc="310" mnc="260" apn="unet" user="" server="" password="" proxy="202.75.133.49" port="80" mmsproxy="" mmsport="" mmsprotocol="null" mmsc="" type="" />
 <apn name="Maxis 3G MMS" numeric="310260" mcc="310" mnc="260" apn="unet" user="" server="" password="" proxy="" port="" mmsproxy="202.75.133.49" mmsport="80" mmsprotocol="null" mmsc="http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc" type="MMS" />
 <apn name="Maxis 3G Internet" numeric="310260" mcc="310" mnc="260" apn="unet" user="" server="" password="" proxy="9201" port="" mmsproxy="" mmsport="" mmsprotocol="null" mmsc="" type="Default" />
</apns>

Copy and paste above to an empty text file, rename it to apns-conf.xml. Open your downloaded custom ROM with 7-Zip, push it to \system\etc\ replacing the one inside there. You may need to re-sign the ROM though. This will make your APN available and useable readily every time you flash your custom ROM.

For example for you who use MCR.

4. Select Name and enter Maxis 3G MMS.
5. Press OK.
6. Scroll to and select APN and enter unet.
7. Press OK.
8. Scroll to and select MMSC and enter http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc.
9. Press OK.
10. Scroll to and select MMS proxy. and enter 202.75.133.49.
11. Press OK.
12. Scroll to and select MMS port and enter 80.
13. Press OK.
14. Press OK.
15. Press OK.
16. Scroll to and select APN type and enter MMS.
17. Press the Menu button and press Save.

u cant send & receive at all? have you adjust the msg size setting?
did u try using other 3rd party SMS appl?

You can recreate new APN again...and only input:

1.MMSC
2. MMS proxy
3. MMS port.
