Yes its rubber. Treasure hyunt has 2 types, one is regular with plastic tyre and the other is super(note the dollar sign on the side of the card Thunt$, this one is harder to find and very rare that comes with rubber tyre and spectraflame paint.

Yes the x raycers glow in the dark.....but if exposed to ultra violet light, It shines in the dark...

@ eric...Wow those are very nice....but I think this ones don't glow in the dark, because theyare so nice to llok at, they don't need to...
