These are bought for some members... Since the toy shop is kinda near with my gf office..

Hot Wheels and Matchbox here in the U.S. are just under a dollar each, usually between 95 and 99 cents.

We're paying like RM6.90 here, which is loosely around 2 dollars or so..

If we paid 99 cents, that would translate to around RM3.30...

yeah we know... probably after conversion it would be around RM3.50 here.. but hell we malaysian paid almost double now for some items which was made in Malaysia.. ahahha...

Very true.. The prices kept increasing even thou for like 40 cents, it makes a lot of difference.. These are like Malaysian Made items, and the government strongly suggest to buy Malaysian products, but how can we support that....

Usually you can see such a big haul by a member, now we have to be selective of a certain models..
But for collectors like us, we just have to bear with it...

Yeah 40 cents increase per car is a lot because everyone always buys more than one car, and it all adds up.

I miss the days when it was RM2.90..
