I too didn't face any sms stuck issue since November, tried different simcard (all from Maxis, prepaid and postpaid) for testing purpose, so far no problem.
Anyway, I am not a heavy sms user, probably not more than 10 sms a day and I delete my sms most of the time after reading. |

I am maxis user, with both postpaid and prepaid, no problem so far.
