Kahnun, transfer again and this time remember where you actually placed the file?
Roxy what were you trying to run when the phone hang. It could be due to compatibility but most probably ram issues. Make sure u actually shut programs down not just minimise it. If it's your first win mo phone be aware the red hang up button does not closes stuff just minimizes. Check what's running in the back ground. Top right u shud see a pull down where u can see what's running in the background. Close em
