Up to you. Have to define what you mean by "good service". Most member like to buy from PDA Expert. They charge a bit more than other dealers but the service is very good. Even after you buy your unit, you can take it back to them to have them "load" it back with all the software

News reports right now are saying that the HD2 WONT get the Win 7 series...due to excessive hard buttons

And if any problem, you have to send if back to SG to claim...so usually not advisable...

IIANM...if it bricks within a week or something...you can take it back to the shop...else you have to take it back to a HTC center...again this depends on which shop you buy from...

Usually when you tell it to install to the storage card it will...sometimes it might need to create a folder or stores some files on your unit...
