Hi guys I have a buddy that is kinda a fitness, martial arts sorta guy. But years ago he injured his wrists...something very much like karpal tunnel. So he was sorta asking around...is there any weight resistance exercise that involves minimal wrist strength He can still do pull ups like 8 times without help(i can't do more than 2 ), but it irritates the wrists So i am looking for some suggestion.... for chest shoulder back I could only think of front squat which sorta works the upper body a little. But not really right? Anything you guys come across?

he's actually still super fit. Can run infinately and with six pacs.
Just the upper body yes i think that's a good idea...pulling activity
chinups are like pull ups ya? and lat pulldowns are diff for him too
barbell rows sound good..yes should work any other pulling?
or any other ideas..would be great
thanks
