Just a trivial question:

Let's say a person, 'A', came across a robber who is trying rob him. 'A' tried going against the robber by struggling and in the process, 'A' killed(or incur some serious injuries, eg, brain damage to) the robber.
Is 'A' guilty for what he did - intentional murder?

U want in lawyer's perspective or justice's perspective?

yeah wor, but there's one case where a snatch thief snatched a girl's handbag(i think), the girl banged him to death with her car. Then, she was guilty for that.. this case happen in m'sia IINM.
