Today i went to Raytech Sri Kembangan HQ to tint my car as made appointment with Canny.
I was thinking of Rm380 package, but the sales girl keep on asking me to go for the Rm550 package:
Irr 65%
VLT 60%
Ultv 99%
I cannot stand her annoying push (asked few time while i watching DVD at wait room), so say ok sad.gif

The whole tinting job takes about 2 hour+, i watch AVATAR DVD from begin to end at their waiting room.

After they done, i saw some "color water print" on all four side mirror, she say it is normal for security tint, it will disappear fews day later, is it true?

Something i not very happy is they should clean the mirror after the work, but now many water wark on mirror, seem like they didn't clean it properly or they clean it with dirty fabric.

Now only i know,
For this package, actually only 4 side mirror were security tint,
Front and rear mirror are still normal tint.

Then what is the point having 4 side mirror unbreakable while both front and rear easily broken.
Most of the time, mirror break occur at front mirror.

When i ask them, why mirror not properly clean after work? (still many oilly mark and water mark)
They told me you can clean it yourself shocking.gif or you can bring to carwash clean rclxub.gif

Whole tinting job takes 2 hour+ (watch AVATAR dvd from begin to end), somemore is HQ.

I am having night class 7pm-10pm eveyday, you call me while i taking class 7:19pm. Actually i shouldn't answer call, but i still quicky answer and told you i'm not free and pls call back another time. I never scoll you anything wat, is that still sound rude to you?

I as customer having little bit comment also cannot? i only say mirror not properly clean and annoying push also cannot? Must say everything very good then only ok?


Somemore, I already given you the my car plate number and you still ask me HP number and when i went tinting, it seem like you never keep record of your customer.
You should keep track of your customer record, or else how can you say you having "BEST AFTER SALES SERVICE " while you didn't even keep track of your customer. blush.gif
