Went to get my tint on 18th June. Initially I wanted to get the basic security + solar film, but finally decided on the mid-ranged one. The tint job was done pretty quick, just slightly over an hour. However, after nearly 2 weeks, the 'stain/mark' was still there, and it didn't reduce in size, so I PM-ed the TS asking if can bring my car over to check and maybe get a replacement. TS told me to come to the shop, but I couldn't go at the date that the TS suggested due to work issues.
I finally brought my car over on 13th July, and after showing the 'stain/mark', one of the staff who checked it out told me that they'll replace it straight. And that's exactly what they did. Now, there's no more 'stain/mark' on my front car window, and everything is just perfect. I'm totally happy with the service I received from the TS, and I've also spread word about the shop to my work colleagues. Hopefully they'll go there when or if they ever get a new car or wants their tint replaced
