Just wondering there's a lot of tinting shop now days but I heard people said sometimes the spec for VLT & IRR that the shop claim is not what actually it is, it could be lower.

How could I be sure that the film spec that I wanna buy is as what they claim. Any machine that can be use to test the film. Do any of ur outlet have this tester.
