Hi all, this is my 1st topic i post (even though hv registered for quite a long time).

So, my question is: How to send a parcel by pos laju within Malaysia? Can anyone give me all the step required?

I have searched around the forum and i couldn't find any topic regarding the step to send a parcel or there is but i couldn't find it? If so pls post the link for me thanks.

What i was willing to know is:
1.Do i need to take a form before willing to send a parcel?

2.I know i have to wrap the parcel with brown paper and have to write both receipient and my address, but how to write? Should i write "from .... to ..." (this will sounds weird)

3.what is the working hours of pos office that can let me send a parcel? Or can i done them in the post office in the mall?

4. what is the maximum scale (lenght X width X height) that a parcel can be in pos laju or normal pos?

Hope some1 can help me, coz i was willing to send a cooling pad to my frenz since i am still a novice.

1.Yes,get it from counter without queuing, ask the counter lady/man fast so that the long queue will not shout at u.
2.Just write recipient address on the wrappings.
3.cut off time 9am and 3pm, however it varies a little depending on the post office. Usually the post office will not accept parcel after 3pm, unless he/she is in a good mood that day.
4.no maximum on that. u can even post a motorcycle if u want.

Working hours is as below:
Mon-Fri:8.30am-5pm
Saturday:8.30am-1.30pm if not mistaken
Yes,they do accept parcel on saturday but will only deliver on monday. Bear in mind 1st saturday they are closed.
Yes,be it the post office is in shopping mall or not,it's still a post office providing the same service. You can definitely send out your parcel there.
