U cant announce something while ppl are in camp, ppl need to take result back, share it with the family etc.

Cannot just announce so early.

cause the past year result were announce after the second week, about 1X.
So it should be around there, and NS trainee going to come back in 2 weeks time

i say 11/3/2010 cause its a schooling day, all pass result were announce on schooling days.
