Regarding the Intel Sandy Bridge issue, the information that we received from ASUS HQ is that end user has to go through reseller for replacement instead of walking in to ASUS Royal Club.

is it advance RMA ? mean i ship back the faulty board to u n at the at same time u ship a new 1 for me.
