i buying a house worth 380k

plan to loan 150k , the rest cash

must i have property valuation fee, and buy MRTA ?

or can i nego with the bank ?

MRTA depends on banks. I know HSBC doesn't require MRTA.
Valuation fees also depending on the bank. That can try negotiate. But most of the time they will charge the valuation fee.

MRTA is option i took rm 1mill loan din take MRTA

Valuation is a must watever the loan amount & its based on ur property value not ur loan amount...if ur property is 10million but u only wanna take 100k loan, the valuation fees is still charged based on 10million

Valuation is a must and MRTA is depend on which bank you apply. Some compulsory some optional.
