A couple of things I wanna point out...

Actually, searching for house numbers worked for me... but entering street with the slash does not work since symbols don't work... so I wonder how this guy entered "SS 20/13". I simply enter SS 20 and select from the choices.

Just updated mine.

- Custom installed app shortcuts all ended up in Apps folder.
- Ovi Store and Ovi Contacts is compulsory now and automatically installed.
- New Contacts HS! Dialer and Contacts buttons now appear at bottom of screen... all older custom themes won't look nice here so have to wait for new batch of themes.
- Kinetic scrolling, very cool and convenient.
- Upon startup after upgrade, phone sent an SMS to My Nokia.
- Automatic switch to keyboard from alphanumeric keyboard when in landscape mode.
- After selecting an item, then selecting it again to open it, there will be a blink effect. Again, not implemented in custom themes so far.
- Phone Switch now under settings instead of Apps.

Phone Switch is not new, is it? It's just being moved to Settings. Previously called Switch, if I'm not mistaken. I used it to migrate my data to the tube when I bought it in July.

Eh, my shortcuts bar homescreen theme has to-do + meetings. Just like previous firmware. Is this what you meant?

I'm also waiting. The two softkeys really look ugly... I'll stick to Shortcuts or Basic homescreen for now.

Really? Ovi theme by Pizero makes the two soft keys transparent? I'm going to look for it now... drool.gif

I wasn't impressed by Pizero's other themes like Zen, Azure, etc, there's no transparency for the dialer and contacts buttons and call images...

A practical reason I can think of is that when your phone is locked and your alarm sounds / call comes in, you won't accidentally snooze/stop/answer/reject by simply touching on the screen (for example, while taking the phone out of your pocket).

Makes sense to me.

AFAIK, NSU downloads the full phone firmware, while FOTA downloads the incremental update, meaning the new changes only. End results should be the same for the same firmware version.

Using the theme apecx92 posted. Transparent soft keys! Transparent contact history also. This will have to do for now while we wait for customised themes. But noticed one thing, the top of the screen (the telco area) is darkened and is actually the wallpaper from the original theme, just being transparent.

Not sure what went wrong... but I noticed that if I changed some themes, the 2nd screenshot colours (contact history) become screwed up. Restarted my phone and it's ok again.

Try restarting your phones?

I think mostly from the Vehicles folder. My original Garmin from etrade_pj was also 200MB+. My Vehicles already 100MB+. Now deleted all except 1 or 2.

File Manager -> select memory card -> Options -> Remove memory card
