hey all..i finally got one, but not for me, bought it for a fren
i noticed the price meant for 500GB hdd n 2G ram but mine comes with 320gb and with 1gb for the ram, quoted for 2.2K (fren-fren price la konon..the owner happen2b a fren of mine too), err..am i gonna be killed for this? then we add additional 2g ram for rm180, so it cost me rm2380 with 7 things freebies (bag + mouse + cooler pad + nther 4 forgot d) and i asked for win 7 with 32 bit to avoid any prob since they said it still a beta for 64bit

my question, ok or not with what ive paid for? was it really 'fren2 price' price or memang thats wt i shud get?
consider as worth bargain or just normal nie?

hurmm..as far as i concern it was really i5, stated on da sticker and da box too

i did asked y its only 320gb not 500gb for the hdd as per on the flyer, and he said its bcoz of da gcard and i was like 'heh?..wtf i dun get it'

really intel card? sigh din noticed that coz i we were rushing that time , came at 4 o'clock n must go back at 7pm

yes..exactly..i was rather confused when noticed its a Linux based..what does it mean btw? can u and other sifus here explain more about this model?
and win7 isnt ori, its hacked version but we are ok with that
and so for the price is only rm2099, and i was quoted extra rm100..shud i point this out to him? (fyi,the owner of the shop wasnt around, so it was his staff who entertained us that day)
i shud get less than 2K aitz..?

damnnn nice! no wonder i was so confused that time..if only ive found this thread before..ive done research on what laptop we shud get from this forum, and we narrowed it down to dell or acer (aimed for core i version) when we reached lowyat plaza that day..all like wasted nie. its been years since my last bought laptop/pc..am catching up now

ive tried to call my fren (da shop owner) but too bad he's now out for a vacation in bandung..again so sweeetttt!!!

cant really tell how guilty i am now for my dear fren..i hope he wont found out about this atm haha (coz he know nuthing when it comes to it gadget). errmm...is the intel graphic card nice enough for light gamers? can the graphic card be upgraded later, how much is da nVidia? i believe it will even exceed da original offered price here huh?i was meaning to get da 4740G actually coz i can get discount approx less rm200..instead i paid more for a lower spec!! sigh sigh sigh


now im thinking for a deal with da owner once he came back. i dont think its possible for me to swap my 4740 with new unsealed 4740G da laptop hasnt been registered online yet. or he might being too generous to return some money back, or perhaps he can top up for extended warraty for me? am i being too ridiculous..or demanding? any advice..

according to da staff, da reason ive been quoted for rm2.2 after discount - the laptop i bought is confirmed 100% original Acer, and for those who got it cheaper cud be a K.P (K.Point) set, similar to AP set for handphone.
