But that doesn't have Nvidia 310M and its freeDOS...

If the GPU is an important criteria, then he should buy the 4740G and then attempt to recover some money by selling his existing and presumably legit copy of Windows

my friend just bought this lappy today, looks great! the surface is black instead of blue, only complain is why not acer give 4gig ram? if add ram later, will the warranty void? cause the acer sticker will be torn right?

y i x have d language packet ar? d 1 in d control panel 1, can change language 1. my fren said if its ori windows, shud have d language pack wo. las time i had but den aft format it, its gone ad n d service centre x put bek 4 me. can i ask dem 2 put it bek 4 me? or i have 2 dl it myself?

You can always download it yourself..yes, some are equipped with other language but for some just the common language are installed..just go to MS website and download the language package that you need..can save space also
