Bought one unit (Block A)exactly last year....
Latest: Good news for people like me (bought a unit)... it is progressing well now. The newly lauched block B price already 100k more than what we bought last year... with ugly Damansara Damai town view... haha! |

Ok back to the real topic now... One Damansara, Damasara Damai.
Am thinking off selling it right away once i got the key to finance for another house. You guys (OD owner) think it will be wiser to sell it or lease it? |
