Bought one unit (Block A)exactly last year....
Latest:
Good news for people like me (bought a unit)... it is progressing well now. The newly lauched block B price already 100k more than what we bought last year... with ugly Damansara Damai town view... haha!

Ok back to the real topic now... One Damansara, Damasara Damai.
Am thinking off selling it right away once i got the key to finance for another house.
You guys (OD owner) think it will be wiser to sell it or lease it?
