bro just want to ask... why the led doesn't light when i connect to the +ve terminal? when it touch the other part of +ve terminal it lights well... maybe the way i install it is wrong?

eric if i want to upgrade my old version vs (V1.0) into new version without buying a new 1 can?(meaning reuse back my old vs) if can how much to upgrade it?
