bro, i need some advice. I have been taking nitrotech pro all the while before gym.
Should i also take creatine during gym? IS that the coloured liquid that people drink in the drink to give them the energy? My only concern is, the protein i take has protein already. |

hi, if i were to compare neurocore, assault and supermax, what will you recommend? I tried Neurocore before and it's alright.
