hi ineed lipo 6 hers and casein protein...
last time i used lipo 6 i exercised directly after taking it and it would get my heart rate so high and i feel like vomiting.....am scared i'd try any lipo products so maybe lipo6 hers is more designed for me since am a female? heh:( please let me know if you have it! thnaks
