Investment studio worth for investment

have limited funds. plan to get a studio unit for rental income.

which of the following studio units is consider good investment:
- faber heights at taman desa;
- sri hartamas;
- maytower?

personally i feel studio stand a higher risk comparing to apartment or condo. and in normal situation, the margin of positive cash flow for studio does not seem a lot more higher comparing to apartment or condo, unless you are the lucky (or smart) one who got unit like maytower in the very early stage. my rm0.02 smile.gif

Studio apartment is a trend right now. Obviously good for rental.

that's why opt for studio. else, will get for landed property

Not necessary... the trend had started, you just need to open up yourself to know more about studio and understand the market for studio apartment..

Investing in condo and apartment also same.. those who got it earlier with lower price of course enjoy better positive cash flow..

my 1 cent..

my friend bought one there too but now a bit difficult to get tenant due to over supply of condo unit over there. smile.gif

Maytower still a better bet although u will have pay for RM280K for a mini size single room studio,supply still very limited even subsale.

pertama residency cincai also 250k onwards, dont think so still got from developer, few months back before it was completed i "sneaked in" and talking to a guy dressing smart....if not mistaken he claimed he is from the developer, he said already finished selling. few weeks back i went there again, there is an agent standing in front of the place, catching people who seem be interested...well at least he caught me tongue.gif i was talking to him, heard that the rental get good respond
