personally i feel studio stand a higher risk comparing to apartment or condo. and in normal situation, the margin of positive cash flow for studio does not seem a lot more higher comparing to apartment or condo, unless you are the lucky (or smart) one who got unit like maytower in the very early stage. my rm0.02

pertama residency cincai also 250k onwards, dont think so still got from developer, few months back before it was completed i "sneaked in" and talking to a guy dressing smart....if not mistaken he claimed he is from the developer, he said already finished selling. few weeks back i went there again, there is an agent standing in front of the place, catching people who seem be interested...well at least he caught me
